The best holidays!




It is hard for me to forget how fun it was when I travelled all the way to the north of Chile back in 2015. More specifically, I went to Arica, however, I ended up going back to Iquique since I had some family there. I stayed there for just a week, though the car trip there took a lot of time, 28 hours to get there, and other 28 to get back to Santiago!
I went there with my parents and two younger sisters, staying together in our family’s house. Since we did not really know the place, most of the time we just traveled around randomly with the hopes of finding interesting places, though we would just end up in the local beach every day. But I really remember this trip because I got to see some of the most beautiful environments in the country, such as the night in Atacama desert, where you can perfectly see all the stars of the sky, and the Desert Bloom, making the desert turn colorful with so many flowers.

    wowow 28 hours sounds like an endless journey, the north of Chile is beautiful, I would like to know Arica :(

    28 hours traveling is a lot!! bit I thinks it's completely worth it if you can see so clearly the stars in the sky

Summer Plans.

  I would have loved to go many places this summer, but thanks to the pandemic, all my plans have changed, having quite limited options now. Even with that, I thought of going to a place where I could keep a routine without interacting with many strangers, where the staff keeps everything clean and healthy to avoid any infection. With that in mind, my main option is to go to a Resort in Valparaiso for a week approximately. I plan to go there with my family, and the idea is to enjoy as many features of the resort as we can, since some options are limited for the pandemic, such as spas or private pools. But then we can still use services as pools, buffets, game rooms and we can still go and tour around Valparaiso, visit a couple of beaches, buy souvenirs and visit iconic places. Asides from the vacations, I haven’t thought much of what else to do in the summer, but perhaps finding a job is not a bad idea. Boredom is something that usually affects me during summertime, and even more now

My favorite TV show

  Throughout my life I have watched so many shows and series, of many different themes and topics. I enjoy a wide variety of them, but out of all I have watched, my favorite is, without any doubt, Avatar: The Last Airbender. I really like it for many reasons. To get started, the animation of the show is beautiful and has aged very well, perfectly mimicking movements used in martial arts, and it’s theme is quite interesting too, how a 12 year old pacifist must stop a war that has spanned 100 years.  I particularly enjoy shows and series that handle dangerous and intriguing themes, however, I like them even more when the way they tell the story is not completely serious, being able to slip humorous and weird scenes without breaking the atmosphere of the episode, or maybe even have the whole show as a comedy that deep down touches serious adult themes, like Seinfeld for instance. A country I'd like to visit.

  I have always liked cold places a lot. It is not everyday that I get to see snow, so a snowy country would be ideal. Even better if they also speak a language I know. That is why Canada is my option, even though I fear I would have to learn some French as well, since I know some cities of the country use French as main language rather than English. I would love to tour around some cities and visit some monuments, like the CN Tower, which is one of the biggest towers in the world, located in Toronto. I would also like to stay in Canada for a little longer, not just as a tourist but also a Student, since I have heard that Canada’s Biochemistry careers are pretty good. Being a cold, beautiful destination, where I can not only tour bur also learn, Canada is my perfect option, and I would have to think about others.
